Military Medical Malpractice Firm
Overcoming the Hurdles Associated with Filing a Medical Malpractice Suit
You serve your country and are proud to be a current or former member of the U.S. Armed Forces. You have found support, focus, and fulfillment in your work in the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, or Air Force. Your fidelity to your country and colleagues has strengthened over time.
When a routine doctor visit or medical procedure takes place – seeing a military doctor about recurrent migraines or the delivery of a baby – and a catastrophic injury or even a death results, it can be difficult to know what to do.
Many current and former servicemen and women have a difficult time with the idea of taking legal action against their country. To ensure that they are properly compensated for serious, life-altering conditions or for the death of a loved one following medical care, scheduling a timely consultation with Swartz and Reed, LLP to make the best decision may be helpful.
At Swartz & Reed, LLP, we sympathize with you. We know you feel that taking legal action may seem to compromise your loyalty to your country or branch of the Armed Forces. Perhaps you fear that you will be treated differently or passed over for a promotion. This is simply not true.
Our medical and legal experience accurately assesses the extent of a serious injury or the present and future impact a death or injury has upon a family so that the government can properly compensate you.
Note: Case outcomes and results depend upon many factors that are unique to each case. Past results do not guarantee or predict a similar result in any future case undertaken by Swartz & Reed, LLP.
